WAREHOUSE
We are introducing a revolutionary TIRE LOGISTICS project, which has no parallel in the Czech Republic. It is the largest tire logistics center in the Czech Republic, located in Pavlov near Prague. We are able to store up to 390 000 tires or complete wheels (tires including rims) under strict safety conditions and in compliance with all mandatory standards.
LOGISTICS
Thanks to the sophisticated logistics system we have created with a team of logistics specialists, we are able to flexibly and very effectively collect and distribute wheels in the Czech Republic and the European Union. Several of our lorries will be collecting and delivering tires in the territory on a daily basis using special lifting equipment – the trained drivers will handle the loading and unloading themselves.
SERVICES FOR TIRE MANUFACTURERS AND DISTRIBUTORS - OUTSOURCING
The capacity of our storage space and our sophisticated logistics system mean we can offer tire manufacturers and distributors complete outsourcing of warehousing and logistics, enabling them to focus only on their core business activities. Given the strategic location of the central warehouse near Prague, we can offer these services not only in the Czech Republic, but also throughout the European Union.
SERVICES FOR SERVICE CENTERS AND CAR DEALERS VIA PICK-UP POINT
Service centers and car dealers can use the tire and wheel storage service to store their customers’ tires and wheels. They can choose the basic services, which include tire and wheel acceptance, storage and picking, or supplementary services, which include tire and wheel collection, distribution, repair, balancing and washing. We always invoice only the actually ordered and performed services at pre-agreed prices, based on concluded agreements.
SPECIAL TRANSPORT PALLETS FOR SERVICE CENTERS AND CAR DEALERS
We have developed special returnable pallets for easy and efficient manipulation of tires or complete sets (4 tires or wheels). The pallet is manipulated at the service center by the staff using a pallet truck. When loading and unloading our collecting vehicle, i.e. during collection and distribution, our drivers use special lifting mechanisms that are part of each vehicle. In this way, we essentially eliminate any physical burden on the employees. During collection and distribution, a full pallet is always exchanged for an empty one and vice versa. The tires and wheels remain stored on these pallets all the time they are in storage, which greatly simplifies both the manipulation and record keeping.
ON-LINE DATA CONNECTION
A sophisticated software system enables on-line data connection, and therefore direct access to our center’s inventory recording system, and as such the continuous availability of storage information. The connection also facilitates the collection and distribution management logistics, including entering requests for other selected supplementary services.
